Because Wakeboarding, Kiteboarding, Wakeskating, or any other application using our fins is a inherently dangerous sport, we can not be liable in anyway for personal injury to anyone whom uses our fins. Please understand when you purchase or use our fins you are agreeing to release Fins4sale.com, S.C.C.inc and Omnitech Engineering of any personal injury or related product liability of any form, from the use of our fins whether you use them or any other party that uses them.
