Conditions
- We do not accept any returns, except for "defective product".
- Under any circumstances, we are not responsible for loss or
damage from an accident resulting in injury or death, an accident
resulting from natural disasters, social damage such as loss of
time or money, caused by the use or non-use of our products.
- For ordinary expected time of arrival for ordered product,
please refer to "Shipping". Please anticipate that the
expected time of delivery may change due to unanticipated
circumstances (such as weather conditions or transportation
problems).
- For overseas customers, the final price will depend on the
exchange rate at the time of ordering. If you order product from
our website, your credit card will be charged at the exchange rate
current at the time of ordering.
- If ordered product that you receive is damaged during
shipping, please contact us by Email: sales@fins4sale.com or
phone: 360-671-1472 before returning the item.
Defective product
If we confirm that the returned product is defective and it was a
result from our error, we will ship you the identical new product as
a replacement. Please note that it may take us 3 to 5 business days
to examine the product and process your request. The defective
product must be returned with the receipt or invoice included in the
original package.
Returns
For any defective or damaged product, which meets all the
requirements for "defective product" above, and replacement of
identical product, or its equivalent, will be dispatched within 14
business days of receiving the returned product. Or we may grant
refunds for defective product.
Other
- If we confirm that the return is not defective nor a result of
our error, we may ask the customer to pay the shipping costs.
- We will pay the return shipping costs when the customer
returns defective or damaged product to our office.
- If the return is due to the customer's own convenience rather
than defective product, please pay for return shipping costs and
other fees.
- Be sure to contact us first before returning any product.
- When returning defective product, please include a note in the
package explaining why the product condition is considered
defective.
- This guarantee policy will not limit any legal right of the
customer.
