Q. Which fin was originally on my board?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you which fin originally came on your board, because there are too many board/fin combinations. However, the most commonly installed wakeboard fin is the 2.0 Flathead and the most common kite board fin is the 1.3 Long ramp.

Q. Which fins will work best for me?

A. In general, taller fins give you more control, so for a beginner, taller fins are the best. A typical beginners\’ fin is a 2.5 or 2.0 flathead. If the conditions are choppy, taller fins are also better—such as a surf style. Kite boards typically do best with longer fins. The general rule of more height for more control also applies for kite boards.

Q. How are your fins measured?

A. The first numbers in the name refer to the height of the fin (i.e. 2.0 Flathead refers to a fin that is 2 inches tall). A 1.3 long ramp is 1.3 inches tall and is typically about 6 inches long.

Q. How fast will I get my fins?

A. We ship through USPS domestic and world priority mail. For domestic deliveries you can typically expect your fins to arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the delivery arrival for international orders because of border customs and inspections.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we can ship internationally through USPS World Priority mail, although we cannot guarantee or track these shipments. If you would like tracking or more concise delivery, we recommend FedEx or DHL. If you would like to use these services, please indicate so in the check-out comment section.
